AcuYoga is making it’s dabut in Kentville! With myself and Jill Forse! Saturday, May 26th 12-1 30pm;
Cost: $40. We can also issue receipts for private health care coverage:) If you have ever done acupuncture you know how amazing you feel afterword- Imagine doing a full hour yin/restorative yoga class and THEN following it up with acupuncture in Savasana. BLISS-tastic, right!? Spaces are filling FAST, so contact myself or Jill to hold your spot (maximum 12 participants to ensure the quality of the class).
Our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training is coming to an end, and how bittersweet it is! What a beautiful group of yoga teachers birthing into the valley.
